I was trying to file a complaint against SBI Card on the RBI CMS site, but it’s not listed anywhere in the entity dropdown. Only State Bank of India shows up, but SBI Card is a separate company (SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd.), not directly under the bank.
Has anyone successfully filed an RBI complaint for SBI Card?
