How to differentiate a HDFC Vishesh account

can anyone who has a hdfc vishesh account share things that might show that the account is a vishesh account. Maybe the netbanking banner after login or something.
I have a vishesh account according to my BM. But customer service says my account status is NULL aka Basic :/

My netbanking header looks like this basic

Download statement. There you will see account type marked as vishesh

That i checked it states vishesh near account no.



But i dont get how come customer care says status is not Vishesh. On asking what status it shows he said NULL. Also its not like i opened account recently its been some time. Could this be due to any messup from the branch people while opening my account

It is vishesh. Shows up just like this for me too. Customer care has a hard time differentiating classic and vishesh so no worries

btw funny story after going to bank multiple times, calling cust care again then raising complaint for branch and still no resolution, I went to bank with my father in few minutes after checking their system he just offered to upgrade my account to preffered so that this vishesh lafda is all over

know all about that through the two already existing posts on vishesh banking 😁. Anyways the account will be upgraded to preffered today once BM approves so no problema now
