Can anyone help me with How to DM a Person and Start a Conversation with him?

Yes it changed to buzz for me just now, however I cannot see option to DM someone. I tried hovering over their profile to see the option. Also posts are still requiring moderator approval.

How to I view the chats, I see chat tab, but then I open it, I see not chats, even the chats which I had previously. I want to know how to check my DMs.

Whoever you want to DM...Just tag them in general section ..Member will revert..As you are currently TF Neo user so DM option is not available ....Keep visiting the TF Community as your journey continues and your tier increase ,DM option will be unlocked..

Or if it's urgent then ask help of Moderators and they will help you in connections with desired member.

Need more than 3 tf points for TF buzz from Neo and you ave exact 3 points..Just add one more and thats all.
