So finally I got my apay card in 3rd attempt..... Via no income docs required vkyc available banner. On yaper... Mostly deals are of either flipkart axis card or amazon apay card.

Flipkart card has a advantage that the cashback is directly credited into the card whereas in amazon pay card it is credited in amazon pay wallet as cashback.... So you will have to pay..... Cashback - reward from your pocket..... As it will be lying in amazon pay wallet balance... And you can't pay credit card bill using amazon pay wallet balance... Atleast on amazon.

So people already having card..... Any way to pay credit card bill using amazon pay balance or transfer of this amount to bank...??

I don't use Amazon pay card for Yaper deals. I don't feel it's worth. First is the risk involved(I have not got any issue as of now but I have heard others facing issue in Yaper). Then 5% cashback they deduct from whatever we paid. Then there is a chance of card blocking, Amazon account getting blocked.

Yaper makes more sense when you get regular reward on card + whatever yaper gives extra. Other reason can be to reach any milestone or annual waiver which in case of Amazon Pay card it doesn't matter.
