How to escalate sbi unipay non refund ?

Can anyone share how can we escalate further if sbi unipay Didnt refunded the debited amount after more than a month also ? My source bank that is I indusind bank has raised charge back request and for that also 1 month is over but I am still waiting for the refund.
I paid the sbi credit card payment using unipay portal

I wrote an email to their support and there was no response. I reached out to bank and raised a chargeback request. I received the funds back in a week. I guess this was auto refunded by BBPS or SBI Unipay. If it would be stuck for more than a week, the chargeback process would have resolved it.

I still have trust in the banking system.

Mostly payments are refunded automatically but in many cases they are stucked and needs to be get back manually. Reach your bank which is induind here and ask for success receipt. They will check and refund it.
