Depends on the Lounge. Mostly they ask for the cardholder to be present.

I'm traveling with a friend who doesn't have a credit card. I hold an Infinia card and a Priority Pass. Is there any way we can both access the lounge? My idea was to use the QR code first, and then give my friend the Priority Pass along with my boarding pass for the second entry. Would that work?

The issue is that the name will appear on the QR code after scanning, and the boarding pass will also be validated. If I give my digital boarding pass to my friend, there's a chance I might not be allowed entry again, as they will likely notice that someone with the same name has already entered the lounge. Is that correct?

When you are with the guest doesn't matter. You can use your card for both entries, only thing is that you need to generate the QR minimum of 3 Hrs before the journey as the same card can't be used twice within 2HRs as per one Lounge employee in Chennai T1. I have personally not checked it. When the cardholder is present no issue with the name on the QR.

I suggest you use both Card & PP. Also, carry a backup card if that doesn't work.
For me, generating the QR 2 hours before the journey and swiping the card/PP at the counter is more practical. As Infinia has unlimited Lounge Access, it doesn't matter if the QR doesn't work; you can cancel it at any time via the DF website/app.
