How to get 10% back on Tata neu?

I’ve Tata neu Infinity credit card and in my app it also shows neu pass as active (see attached screenshot). So does this mean I’ll get unlimited 10% Cashback as neu coins on every transaction made through this app?

Also, some products on this website have HDFC offers. So will this neucard be applicable there as well? I’m asking this because generally cobranded credit cards are not eligible for such offers. Only their mainstream card does. At least in ICICI that is the case.

5% default (applicable to all irrespective of card variant) + 5%(For infinity card) purchases. Finally, it's not 5 + 10 but only 5 + 5.
1.5% wherever offer is not applicable.

No when I bought 1mg medicine from this app it showed paytm as payment gates so how i will get 10%

Reward points structure of this Tata Neu card when you see Statement is little complex to understand than other credit cards.
- You get 5% neu coins via neu pass from tata neu app (Not part of statement)
- 1.5% of neu coins you will get against your purchases normally in statement. (excluding grocery shopping which you get all accumulated at end of the month in summary under heading - NeuCoins_on_Grocery)
- 3.5% of neu coins you will see in summary under heading `5 percent earn on Tata_Brands`
This is based on my one month statement. Feel free to add if I miss out anything.

This happens when product is delivered. After that it is locked for a week or so (Mostly likely till "Return Period" of the product you purchased)

Yes. But there are some other TnCs. I updated additional info in above comment. Do have a look. Sometimes they might come in next to next statement depending upon your statement generation date and expense date.

Only condition with hdfc I can’t redeem till statement generated in case of Amex and scb we can redeem immediately once we see points
