how to get 2 bob cards

I am planning to apply for 2 bob cards (select and premier). as far as I know we can get 1 card online and 1 card through an agent offline. can someone guide me with exact steps and timeline to follow in order to get 2 cards?

I have bob easy c.c they are giving me bob Snapdeal. I applied bob easy online and they are giving me bob snapdeal online.
