How to get add on card for magnus?

I called up axis call centre and they informed Add on cards for Magnus is on hold. That means no lounge access for wifey and I need to continue Diners club for that reason at the least.

Anybody knows the trick to get the magnus add on card?

Go to your nearest branch and apply with Add-on form along with documents. If they ask anything, tell them that the customer support asked to you submit documents offline. Many have received the add-on this way. I have submitted last week
