can you get one for yourself and give her an addon card? i hope she has a pan card because hdfc will ask for it.

for that you will need to visit branch with pan of addon applicant and passportsize photographs.

It has an application form for non HDFC card holders in the bottom as well when you’re on netbanking. You’ll have to download that form and submit to local branch with other docs.
