How To get Airmiles by using Smartbuy for booking Flight

I tried searching in the search related to this but couldn't fine an answer If it is already there please move it to appropriate thread and apologies for creating a new thread.
How can I get KrisFlyer Miles or for that matter any other Frequent flyer miles while booking through Smartbuy. For example when I book Singapore Airlines via MMT or Yatra I enter the KrisFlyer membership number and miles are credited to my account for every ticket that I book with Singapore Airlines. There is no such option in SmartBuy. Is there any way to get the Airmiles for tickets booked via Smartbuy ( for the relevant Airlines). Will informing at the counter while check-in work. please advise

Hi,
Once you have booked your tickets, you can input your membership number during web-checkin. Informing at the counter also works, but in webchekin at least you are sure it is done.

Even if by some chance you are not able to do web-chek in, and were unable to communicate it during check-in at airport, you can always claim missing miles.

But during web-checkin is the best option. And your Krisflyer number will be mentioned in your boarding pass, so you can be sure its done.
