how to get amex credit card with out current address proof

my relatives are staying in Kolkata and I knew that Kolkata is serviceable area but I have no documents on my name in Kolkata so, if I apply amex credit card can it approved, I have ITR, good cibil score,now I want to know that is anyone got the amex credit card in this situation

If you can manage utility bill in your name of that location they will approve it.. any bill like Electricity, Gas, Internet etc.

I have the same issue. I did get conditional approval, but now stuck out with the KYC. I am still figuring out a way.
