i have Flipkart Axis card with 1L limit and don't have Axis bank account.

Opening Savings account does not guarantee you to be eligible for having AXIS Ace. Best way to get AXIS Ace to apply via AXIS Credit Card agent (Not 3rd Party vendors). Else you need to try luck in GPAY app.
