I want to request for enquiry deletion to IDFC first bank but they are asking control number from year October 2021.

You can find Cantrol number in cibil report rightside corner.
Just raise dispute in Cibil for inquiry removal and share dispute reference number with idfc bank

I have raised dispute in CIBIL but not able to see ECN. How long does it take for individual enquiry control number for each enquiry to be visible?

if the enquiry is visible in free report then no need to buy subscription. If not visible then wait for another free refresh to avoid paying for subscription
