DCB How to get DCB with Pre-approved offers?

Hi Everyone,

I hold LTF Millennia as well as LTF Neu Infinity Credit Cards. The shared limit for both cards is 5L.
Since the recent devaluation of Magnus, I am looking for a new primary card.

Infinia looks a bit hard to reach, but I fall under the eligibility criteria of DCB.
I'm getting a Diners Privilege pre-approved offer, but not for DCB.

I tried emailing HDFC with the Upgrade Form, but they have denied the upgrade.
Any other way to get this done?

PS: I also hold an HDFC SavingsMAX account.

Make transactions more than 5 lakhs within 6 months and then ask for upgrade against existing core card. Email grievance team for the same.
