I currently have the Shappiro Visa Credit Card (LTF) and I'm looking to upgrade to Emerald PVC (LTF) version or rubyx LTF, In immobile app they are showing emerald pvc visa and amex {both paid} hpcl FYF only

Talk to your RM, then can check if a there is a LTF offer for you. There might be a cibil hit though.
