How to get SBI Cashback Card unavailable Location pincode

I try to applied SBI Cashback Card. But Card not Available in pincode location. Bank Card Agent also denied to apply application in my pincode location. They this available in big cities only. I have SBI SimplyClick Card at my location pincode. Anyone have idea how to get this Card at pincode location.

Enter your correct address as it is & just change the pincode to the location from where you can take the delivery of the card.
