How to get Yes Bank add on card ?

So I wanted to get an add on card for my Yes bank credit card.
First thing is that they don't have online application for this, it has to be submitted at the branch, like what? Are we living in 1969?
Second this is, it says that add on card will not get any offers like lounge access, movie ticket etc, is this true? If that's the case then what's the use of add on card except for just giving it for swipe.
Can someone please confirm if add on cards get such offers as primary card of Yes bank.

Yeah very painful process. I sent docs to chennai address mentioned in form in March 2024 but courier returned.
Again i sent docs through dtdc courier in December 2024.its now no update, no accountability.

Another question: Any relationship with the bank apart from credit card?? I also wanted to apply add-on but the branch employee said I can't apply add on if I don't have any account with them.

No i didn't get,their process is scrap. They wont reply to our application

No we can apply even if we don't have account
