How to know the ICICI Platinum card application Reject Reason?

I am holding APay ICICI card since last 4.5 years and having credit limit more than 5Lacs, having CBIL score more than 800. Earning is well above the expected criteria. Applied for ICICI platinum card for availing bank offers.
but application is rejected and asked to reapply after 6 months without any reason.

How can I know the reason of rejection?
