How to know whether I am having a LTF card or not?

I have a MILLENIA CC. Even though I was communicated regarding LTF conditions, I did not get it LTF even after meeting the spend criteria, and was charged. I made some calls and customer care contacts, and after a while they replied that my card has been converted to LTF and reverted the charges and GST. Now just to confirm this, how can I Confirm whether my Millenia is a LTF card or not?

This is the proof itself.

Anyway, if you want confirmation, mail on the email mentioned there & they'll give you confirmation.

Yes. Once your receive the reversal in statement credits, just send another mail to them asking for the status of your card and if it has been converted to LTF or not. Alternatively, you can send them a Twitter DM regarding your query also.

I recently upgraded my card from moneyback to millenia but it is only fyf. Is there a way to convert it to LTF?
Pls note that I have imperia relationship with bank which I got sometime back but my RM is of no use.
