How to make CIBIL to update on education loan

Hi Team, I need a information related to education loan closure.

I have pre closed my education loan with full intrest and got NOC from bank (canara) last month 11th. So far 1 month got over. I have CIBIL login, I'm checking my CIBIL report frequently and it is not get updated there in cibil. When I approach to bank, they are saying like, they have sent report to head office and nothing much. I want to know like when will it get reflected back to my CIBIL report.

kindly anyone give me an idea to approach right person to get it resolved.
