How to make Debit interest and GST charges reversed

Last month statement bill is 1,55,610 Rs/- and i mistakenly paid only 1,55,160 Rs/- within due date.
For not paying balance 450 Rs/- within due time, in the latest statement i can see Debit interest and GST charges as 5830+1050 Rs/- respectively.
When i talk with the customer care, they are saying they can take request for reversal up to 2000rs+gst as per the bank policy. what to do now???

You can try to reduce it by crying/complaining more to the customer care. But I think you should take the loss. Banks will charge you interest on the full amount of 155610 and not just 450 in case of missed amounts.

Which card is it? If it is a good rewards card, utilize it to the max to get back the charges. You can also threaten to close the card to see for retainer offers after paying these charges (risky as they may close it directly).

Axis bank reversed 5k interest and 900 gst... So, my loss will be 830+150...around 1k for unintentional mistake of not paying 450 rs...

customer care denied for reversal what should i do in that case mine charges was on axis ace around rs.4800 plus 852 gst help
