Oh sorry, I didn't see it properly. At that stage if it was a large worksheet, I'd convert it to a database as it becomes easier for me to look for data based on queries.

Export the Excel file format to a UTF-8 encoded CSV file. Build a database table for your data structure, and then import it to the database vendor of your choice. All these are technical in nature. So if you have no idea what these mean, then it may be an uphill task for you.
