How to optimize 6 X 1000 transactions for Amex Gold Card for discount vouchers?

I am looking to buy some decathlon vouchers from Amex Giftyr using my Gold card to fulfill the 6 X 1000 transactions for the month.
This is not a problem for full priced vouchers like Amazon.
However, since they have a 1% discount, a 1000rs voucher is coming for 990/- and these vouchers if bought individually, don't fulfill the criteria.
Next denomination is directly 5000/-.
Is my only option to buy 2 X 990 transactions in a single purchase to qualify for the 6 X 1000 transactions?

it's like a mall for sports equipment, generally their apparel is quite cheap compared to the existing brands of the same sport with similar quality, can't say the same for equipment though

they don't have APAY wallet as payment option, else would've used that directly
