How to Pay ₹4L Rent via Credit Card & Maximize Benefits?

Maitri_Maniya

I see many discussions about paying rent using a credit card, but I have no idea how it works. I need to pay ₹4 lakhs in rent for HRA for the financial year 2024-25 by March 31, 2025. Can someone explain how I can transfer rent to my landlord using a credit card and what benefits I can get from it? Looking for insights on cashback, reward points, charges, and the best platforms to use.

amex plantium 4L milestone you get 40,00 MR point + 10 taj experience (30%-50% discount if you need to sell) against you would be paying 2.65-2.95% so some 11-12k extra. simple you need to use mobikwik for these and do full kyc and then use PocketUPI and load via cc and pay the charges and then you can transfer to anyone including yourself. don't need your landlord pancard. housing app another option so search if any issue would come and also you would do a lower amount of trnx like 50-1.5L. couple of thread on these exist though.

1- 2.35%-2.95% on 10k (since i have done so many trnx sometime 2.95% show up but upto 15k it should be 2.35% above/equal to 15k you can use 50rs discount)
2- i'm not sure but i have done trnx of 1.70L in 3-5 days.
3 - you can send to anyone it literally UPI bro.
