How to pay recurring electricity bill of ₹30-60k for max rewards?

My 2 months DHBVN electricity bill is nearly ₹25-30k in winters and ₹50-65k in summers (3 meters).

I have Jupiter DC, HDFC Diners & Regalia CC/DC, IDFC CC, ICICI Sapphiro, Federal CC, YesBank Ace, HSBC Paltinum, OneCard, SBI SimplyClick, Fk Axis, Amz ICICI, but don't know which one to use for these bill payments.

Earlier I was using Amz ICICI for 2% CB, but now there are Restrictions on Electricity Bill Payment on Amazon using Credit Card

So, kindly suggest a card/method to get maximum rewards/cashback?
