How to pay visa credit card bill with amex card?

Hi everyone, i'm looking out if there is any way i can pay my credit card bills using my amex card to hit milestones, if anyone's aware please share your valuable insights.

It will be considered as cash withdrawl/cash transfer and "no bank" afaik provide regular and milestone benefits.
