I called CS today, they checked and informed that i am eligible for the Sept monthly voucher, and since i haven't receive, they created a ticket for the same. Will share once i get any update
Case to case basis. In my case they unfreezed next day after a visit to branch followed by an email. Unfreeze is possible through email also without visiting branch but have to submit a signed form in that case.
There is a form account holder need to submit along with self declaration. Check my old profile post on this.
In my case they didn't say anything because branch people know me based on my job profile and prior interactions. Everyone may not be that lucky.
But, nothing to worry if account holder is not doing anything wrong.
