How to Remove Credit Card from Tata Neu App - Query

Hi
I have hdfc tata neu infinity ltf. I want to remove this card from tata neu app. Bt tata cc said I have to give closure letter of card to delete card from there system. I even can not delete my tata neu account without closing this hdfc card.
I dont want to use neu app as it is pathetic. Will convert infinity to any other hdfc card.
Where i can complain abt tata neu. How can they not delete my card from my account. I have not applied from neu app.
N which card is possible in hdfc upgrade or Downgrade from neu infinity. I hv millenia ltf n swiggy ltf apart from dis.

Kisi k pas iska solution nhi hai kya.
Acha bhai log ye to suggest karo ki neu infinity ko kis card me change kar sakta hu. I hv millennia n swiggy

Remove the neu app, time being.
