Previously more than 100 days ago, an agent applied for RBL credit card on my behalf. Application gets declined and sms received on mobile citing reason "due to internal policy".
Recently I saw LTF offer in paytm for shoprite credit card. So I again filled online application and clicked submit button. After that a message popups that "uh-oh you have also applied 90 days back". with no further advancement.
So my question is -"How to remove/delete previous 90 days old CC Lead or application data from RBL Bank system." so that I can further proceed with my new RBL card application.
kindly note about 05 months are passed till previous application and RBL bank cooling off period is about 90 days.
