How to request Kotak for manual limit enhancement using c2c

How can I ask Kotak for Limit enhancement using card to card method.
Any particular email id or channel?

Last week I got a limit Enhancement from Kotak...for that I called the customer service no. And they provided me with the following:

Hi! As discussed on call for Limit Enhancement of your Credit Card we need below documents - If you are Salaried - Last 3 months self attested salary slip or last 6 months Bank Statement If you are Self-Employed - Self-attested ITR for the last 2 years You can send these documents to us through Net Banking login by following the below steps - 1. Login to Net Banking and click on Help 2. Click on Inbox 3. Click on Compose mail 4. Click on *Choose file* and add the attachment You can also send the documents via website by clicking https://www.kotak.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/email-us/kotak-credit-card/other.html Warm regards, *Team Kotak Mahindra Bank*

I used the net banking method to put a request attached last 2 years ITR and Credit Card statement of my other Card. Got Limit enhanced in 4 days

On C2C they are not increasing the limits. You might need to attach the optional ITR for Limit Enhancement.

Might be but it was not done in my case. However, once they reject the limit enhancement you will only be eligible to reapply for LE after completion of six months.
