How to stop bajaj rbl card upgrade process

I have bajaj rbl card and got call for card upgrade and gave consent for it.I don't want to upgrade. It has 3000 annual fee.. card upgrade is in process.called cc and they said we will downgrade and reverse the charges. Should I thrust them or is there's another way to stop this?what if don't accept at the time of delivery?

Yes! if you recorded the conversation , another way escalate till nodal officer.

what if don't accept at the time of delivery?
Scenario 1> card will resend to rbl and they may ask for the reason and you have time to explain
Scenario 2> card will be closed post 30 days as per rbi restriction.
Scenario 3> card will be eternal travel to reach rbl and mean time you may charged FEEs.
