How to unlink Apay card from Amazon account?

I tried to apply for Apay card from my amazon account (offer was showing) but they were asking for salary slips (at that time i don't have any salary slips).
After that my father applied for Apay card from my amazon account (by providing his salary slips).
It got approved. Received the card.

Now i want to apply my own Apay card but my father card is already linked to my amazon account.

Is there any way i can apply for Apay card?

Is the registered mobile number for the Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card yours or your father's?

It's getting really confusing. Do you mean the ICICI card is registered to your number, but the card isn't yours, and the KYC was done by your father?

In that case, your first task should be to change the registered mobile number and email ID to your father's.
