How to unsubscribe HSBC promotional emails?

Hi

I have a credit card account with HSBC Bank. They have not allocated to me any customer ID. They are sending me a lof of promotional emails and clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of the emails leads to the following link:

Do Not Call Service | HSBC India

www.hsbc.co.in

The above link requires you to have a customer ID with HSBC Bank which I don't have. How do I resolve my issue?

Use BLOCK option in Gmail and mark emails as SPAM. Also, Tag HSBC on X (Twitter) and request them to remove your email ID from marketing emails.
