How to upgrade HDFC Millenia Easy Emi Credit Card with any other normal variant cards

Hello Guyz,

I have HDFC Millenia Easy Emi Credit Card With the Limit of 60k, i am using this card since 2 years. This card feature is 'any order placed above 10k with this card, will automatically converted to emai for 9 month with high interest. I also mailed them for this, and they asked me for the Latest Payslip. I sent them the payslip but they declined my request for variant change.

If anyone have idea how can i change my card variant, please help. I am irritated with this card variant. I cant order anything above Rs. 10k.

You can try mailing at grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com for reconsideration of your upgradation request..and they may ask you to send documents to Chennai head office.
