How to upgrade to Wealth From IDFC Wow

I got IDFC Wow CC two months back. I recently realized that I also qualify their income criteria for Wealth. Whenever I apply now on the website, it shows there is some problem which I believe is because of my existing card.

What should I do now to get Wealth card. Should I close this card and apply again? This card is anyway of no use to me.
