United MileagePlus How to use United Mileague Plus Points- 1,415 Points Only!

A complete noob here in the miles game!

I have United Mileague Plus points (1,415) in my account. Not sure how can I put it to use.

Any way to transfer it to Mariott or CV or any other way to put it to use? Transfer to Mariott involves fees and a minimum of 1500+ points.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Earn or transfer more United points to take a flight, though it would require many points depending upon your destination.
If you don't want that then transfer some points from eligible point transfer partners to get the minimum United points to transfer to Marriott
