How to verify LTF offer - Tele callers

A 3rd party (Loan Mantra) executive called me and told that we offer LTF card, but nowhere in yes banks website it mentioned like that.

Even when i try to process the application in the terms and conditions it's mentioned as 399+GST.

How do we verify that?

Sometimes DSAs will get that exclusive offer by banks but no way to confirm it other than applying to test.
I took one of the indus paid card via DSA as LTF since they have that option if applied via their reference.

I Would suggest you to go for this card, i had the same experience with the same card, I got this card chargeable( was told LTF), I called yes customer care to close this card as i was promised the card will be LTF but it was not, they made my card LTF.( only using this card for lounge access. it has the biggest list of lounge access)
Also, it has PP membership.
