HSBC Limit increase procedure

Hi Friends,

I am using HSBC credit card from last year and no limit increase offers till now ?

Can we manually raise limit increase on HSBC cards ?

Can someone please let me know the procedure for it and the corresponding mail id .

No i ve never did... as card approved a 15 days ago... but for address correction their application assistant gave me this id to update / reach any queries n correction

Does the mail give any reply? I’ve been texting this and there is no response. I got an offer for limit increase but the sms seems to be broken

They will increase if you got an offer and you sent the CLI text. I didn't get any confirmation either. The actual increase happened after 1-2 months!
