I recently applied for an HSBC Platinum credit card, ensuring that I met all their eligibility criteria. My CIBIL score is 780 with only 2 inquiries in the last 6 months. However, my application was rejected without a clear reason.

I reached out to HSBC customer support with multiple emails for clarification, but all I received were automated responses with no real assistance. What next can be done?

Just got a call from their customer support saying your salary doesn't fullfill our criteria whereas my salary is above their required criteria. What's next can be done?
