I have SmartValue credit card, later followed by a Cashback card (now rebranded as Live+). I primarily use the Live+ card for grocery transactions.
When I checked the app yesterday, I noticed that only the Live+ card was listed, and the SmartValue card was missing. However, today I received a Platinum card delivered to me.
I assumed that the SmartValue card might have been blocked automatically. But when I tested it with a ₹10 transaction, it went through successfully.
Could it be that the SmartValue card will only be blocked once I activate the Platinum card? Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?
