I am facing upi issue to my friend shop while using sbi rupay irctc cc it showing limit exceeded on sending 500 Rs.

I cannot pay through rupay cc sbi transaction always declined when I try to pay ut show cannot pay as limitation reached.

There is a 24-hour limit for transactions below 2,000 on small merchants. You cannot make small transactions totaling more than 2,000 in 24 hours using RuPay credit cards.
