i am not getting accelerated reward points on my bob eterna credit card

my mother got a bob eterna credit card on june 18th. i applied the card for her. she got the card and started using it, on some transaction they give 5x reward point like if i book indigo flight on their website then they give 5x reward but if book flight on EMT or cleartrip, i just get 1.5x reward point. i know some categories are excluded but even on categories which are not excluded i am not getting accelerated reward points. even the monthly limit has not been breached. they didn't charge a joining fee in the last two billing statements. i think that is because my mother's income is 45L+. we have got the mastercard variant. i am attaching some screenshot, please suggest me what to do. It depends on the mcc code
Makemytrip must be using different mcc code.
I faced this problem with Yatra on my Citi premier miles.
When I did transaction through Skyscanner Yatra customer care told me mcc was that of hotels and couldn't be paid off with points

All BOB cards are now useless because of merchants doing illegal things and setting wrong MCC codes.

For a smartphone purchase from Flipkart (clearly "online shopping" on which a card like BOB Select is supposed to give accelerated 5X RPs), they gave only 1X.

After RBI ombudsman complaint, BOB Financial revealed that Flipkart set the MCC 5699 APPAREL AND ACCESSORY SHOPS -- MISCELLANEOUS for a smartphone listing which is why BOB didn't give 5X RPs!

I guess we need tougher ecommerce laws. Flipkart is the one who is responsible, don't you think? BOB has washed off their hands by having it in their Terms and Conditions already that if a merchant uses wrong MCC, they are not responsible and won't give accelerated reward points.

The laws need to be stricter.
It is possible that Flipkart by using a miscellaneous mcc is saving on mdr compared to what it would have to pay for electronics e-commerce

Recently I faced similar issue with my BoB Premier Card... I paid for dining through that card and by the features it should give 10x rewards but only standard reward rate was issued to me

MCC issue hoga. Ask the merchant what MCC they used. BOBO is notorious for not giving accelerated reward points citing MCC excuse. That's why their only somewhat ok cards left are Eterna and Snapdeal ones.
