I am unable to apply bob credit card

Hello,

Till 2023 july I have a two bob credit cards I closed these two cards in August 2023 but till now I am receiving mails and WhatsApp messages about offers on my cards and in my cibil report these two cards already closed yesterday I tried to apply premier credit card after entering all details in application it shows as in screenshot shot please any one have a solution

Do you still hold any BOB credit cards? Or have all of them been closed, and do you have a bank account with BOB? You should try contacting BOB Grievance Redressal at escalations@bobfinancial.com

Right now i don't have any active bob cards and two cards closed in 2023 August. I DON'T have a bob bank account. Thank you

Mine also rejected, I applied in march , card to card basis, sbi simpliclick 10 month old card.

Why did you close your credit card?

If you have AU Bank credit card then don't close as they won't issue you credit card again.

Yes I have au bank credit card I don't want to close au bank credit card because is it zenith plus credit card with 5L Limit.

Yes I have au bank credit card I don't want to close au bank credit card because is it zenith plus credit card with 5L Limit.

BOB doesn't give high credit limit like other banks.

You can't apply for a second card but you can get additional card with shared limit if you are eligible for it.

Anyone please help me, I applied for the card and I got premier as LTF and then I submitted my application. Somehow I missed address proof documents itseems so asked me to mail to document@bob some mail I'd and I have sent them twice but no luck. Even on 24th may I wrote to nodal officer and no response yet
