I applied for SBI Vistara, on October 5 completed the VKYC.

I applied for SBI Vistara prime credit card on October 5. On same day I got the message "please give 11 working days to process the application". But on October 12. I saw on cred app my new cards were showing also got the notification setup the card. In that section my new axis card also was there which I got 2 days back but didn't setup. Now I am Confused whether SBI Vistara card is approved or not. Why I am not getting the message from SBI regarding the approval. Also attaching the screenshot for reference please help me
