I don't understand AXIS's calculation or reasoning behind this round off, but I'm too lazy to fight it

wtf? their TnC's say they'll round off to the nearest upper value the last i checked. this has been the case since last 6 months i've had the card, but for this time they decided to skimp?

As the thread title rightly says , there are far more important things in life to fight for than these little piddly things..

Saw this in latest statement for transaction of Rs. 499 for which cashback is Rs. 9
2% cashback means 0.02*499 = 9.98 which should be Rs. 10 cashback
Don't know which rounding method axis is using. No point in fighting Axis.
