I have an AMEX MRCC CREDIT CARD through which I was trying to make payment to buy Amazon voucher from gyftr. But transaction has been failing.

I have an AMEX MRCC CREDIT CARD through which I was trying to make payment to buy Amazon voucher from gyftr. But transaction has been failing every time. Can any body explain why this is happening. Previously I had made transaction in gyftr through SBI gyftr and there I had made transaction through SBI credit card. Is that a reason for my transaction being declined when my trying through AMEX ? Please help me with this .
