I have an AMEX MRCC CREDIT CARD through which I was trying to make payment to buy Amazon voucher from gyftr. But transaction has been failing.

I have an AMEX MRCC CREDIT CARD through which I was trying to make payment to buy Amazon voucher from gyftr. But transaction has been failing every time I am trying to do that showing the message attached herewith. Previously I used Gyftr with my SBI CREDIT CARD with the same phone no. Is that the reason I am unable to do the transaction through AMEX ? I so then how can I resolve the issue. Please, help me regarding the issue .
