As now IPL season happening try to do that, But AFAIK new cards can be procured as LTF based on the relationship during IPL season.

Applied 2 days back and selected employment as TCS and then it showed me LTF option and didn't hesitate and applied for it.. But stuck with buggy app not able to see the card details
