Whenever I click on the Apply button and enter my details, it gives me a green sign with success written in between but doesn't actually do anything. I can't continue further and nothing else happens. It seems more like an error message to me. What do I do? I'm stuck with the money back+ card despite having an excess of 50 lakhs in combined assets in HDFC. Please help.

Go to netbanking>cards>credit cards>enquire/request>credit card upgrade.

If u have this upgrade then you can easily check it from netbanking.

Best will be to talk to their phone banking directly who will take down the request and give you a reference number. I had the same problem and was suggested talking to them directly by their priority banking service (email snapshot attached).

But, the DCP card has been devalued severely recently. Can you try to get a better card from them. Perhaps negotiate for an Infinia ?

After the new update to the netbanking that credit card upgrade function has seemingly gotten just as useless as the one in the mobile app. Just shows a message that we will contact you soon
